Nusa Penida West Tour: Turtle Conservation & Amarta Resto

Most Nusa Penida day tours follow the same script: Kelingking, Broken Beach, Angel's Billabong, then Crystal Bay to finish. This tour keeps the three icons everyone comes for, then takes the afternoon somewhere different. After the West Coast's most photographed viewpoints, we stop at a local turtle conservation center, where Hawksbill and Green Sea turtles are cared for as part of ongoing marine protection work. It's an observation-based visit — you'll learn about the conservation effort without handling the turtles, in line with responsible wildlife tourism. From there, we head to Amarta Penida for the rest of the afternoon. Lunch is included (à la carte, 1 main dish and 1 drink per person), and as the sun starts to drop, Amarta's Balinese "gates of heaven" and clifftop views over Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan make for one of the best sunset spots on the island. The on-site pool is available if you'd like to swim (minimum spend applies, paid on-site, entirely optional). This tour runs as a private trip — it's just your group, your driver, and your own pace, not a shared van with a fixed schedule.
