The day begins with the island's iconic cliff viewpoints — Kelingking, Broken Beach, and Angel Billabong — followed by lunch at Mantis Resto. In the afternoon, your private boat takes you to Manta Bay, Gamat Bay, and Wall Point for a snorkeling session at your own pace, without sharing the boat with other groups. Snorkeling gear and underwater photos are arranged in advance, and your guide will brief you before entering the water. Travel with a private vehicle and a friendly local guide throughout the day — our team takes care of the logistics from your arrival in Nusa Penida until drop-off, so you can enjoy the island without feeling rushed.

Need To Know
- Duration: Approximately 8–9 hours door to door, depending on your pickup location and boat schedule.
- Private Boat: Your snorkeling session uses a private boat exclusive to your own group — not shared with other travelers.
- Swimming Ability: Basic swimming ability is recommended for the snorkeling session. Life jackets are provided for all guests.
- Walking: Cliff-viewpoint stops involve walking on uneven or rocky paths. Comfortable footwear is recommended.
- Cliff Viewpoints: Please follow your guide's safety instructions and stay within designated areas at Kelingking, Broken Beach, and Angel Billabong.
- Boat Schedule: Fast boat and snorkeling boat departure times may change slightly due to sea conditions. Please allow some flexibility in your schedule.
- Weather: If the tour, boat crossing, or snorkeling session is cancelled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, we will offer to reschedule first. A full refund applies if rescheduling is not possible.
What To Bring
- Swimwear (worn under your clothes is easiest)
- A towel and a change of clothes
- Comfortable walking shoes for the cliff-viewpoint stops
- Sunscreen (reef-safe if you have it), hat, and sunglasses
- Motion sickness tablets if you get seasick (take them before the boat ride)
- A waterproof phone pouch or dry bag (the boat ride can get splashy)
- Cash in small notes for toilets, snacks, and drinks (many places are cash only)
Meeting Point
Your pickup or meeting point depends on the zone you choose when booking: hotel or villa pickup in Bali (Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Denpasar, Nusa Dua, Ubud, Canggu, Uluwatu), Sanur Harbour, Nusa Penida, or Nusa Lembongan. Your driver will confirm the pickup time via WhatsApp one day before the tour. The tour price is adjusted according to the zone you choose.

Our driver Dendra was attentive, patient and took great care of us throughout the journey. We also found Melali to be excellent value compared with several other operators we contacted. A special mention to their partner team for our open-water session. The instructor was incredibly caring with our 8-year-old, who unfortunately got seasick on the speedboat and spent much of the ride “feeding the fish” with his breakfast 😂. He kept checking on him and made sure he felt safe and comfortable throughout. Great service, family-friendly pace, lots of fun and very good value. Highly recommended!
