- Walking: Kelingking Beach and Broken Beach involve walking on uneven or rocky paths. Comfortable footwear is recommended.
- Cliff Viewpoints: Kelingking and Broken Beach have high cliff areas. Please follow your guide's safety instructions and remain within designated viewing areas.
- Road Conditions: Some roads in Nusa Penida are narrow and uneven, so travel between destinations may take longer than expected.
- Boat Schedule: Fast boat departure times may change slightly due to sea conditions or harbor operations. Please allow some flexibility in your schedule.
- Physical Level: Moderate. Suitable for most travelers, but some walking is required. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with young children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility concerns.
- Weather & Sea Conditions: Water activities and boat crossings depend on safe weather and sea conditions. If an activity or boat crossing is cancelled due to unsafe conditions, we will offer to reschedule where possible. A full refund applies if rescheduling is not possible.

Enjoy convenient pickup directly from your hotel or villa lobby in Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Denpasar, Nusa Dua, Ubud, Canggu, or Uluwatu. Your driver will confirm the pickup time and meeting details with you via WhatsApp one day before the tour. Alternatively, you can meet us directly at Sanur Harbor if you prefer to arrange your own transportation to the port. If you are already staying in Nusa Penida, you can also choose to start the tour directly from the island. The tour price will be adjusted according to your selected pickup or meeting point and the services included in your package.
